Record sleep, weight, blood pressure, how the day felt, and your lab results. The point is not the number you got this morning — it is what the last three months have been doing.

Record only what you care about. A day with one number on it is still worth keeping, and nothing nags you for the rest.
Observations are arithmetic on your own numbers — a week against the weeks before it. No population averages applied to you as though they were.
Lab results are flagged against the reference range printed on your report, because ranges differ between laboratories.
This is a record of numbers you enter, not a medical device and not a second opinion. It does not diagnose anything, does not interpret a result, and has nothing to say about medication.
Where a reading crosses a threshold that is generally taken to warrant medical attention — a blood pressure at or above 140/90, a lab result outside your report's reference range — it will say so plainly and point you at a doctor. That is the whole of what it will do, because working out what such a reading means is a clinician's job and not a web page's.
Your health records are stored in your account on our servers, so they sync between your devices. Only your account can read them. Signing in with Google gives this site your name and email address and nothing else.
Health data is more sensitive than most, so two things are worth stating plainly: we do not sell it, share it, or use it for advertising; and you can download everything or delete it permanently whenever you want, from the settings page.
